1. Hindu Mudaliar persons who have associated with Kerala Mudali Grama Samuthayam.
2. Persons who intend to marry persons of Hindu Mudaliar.
3. The minimum age for registering in HMT Matrimony is in accordance with the provision of law in this regard in force.
4. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and legal capability to enter into this Agreement and that you are neither prohibited nor disabled by any law in force from entering a contract.
5. You have gone through the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
6. If at any time HMT Matrimony has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, HMT Matrimony in its sole discretion hereby reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and/or your right to use the services of HMT Matrimony and any fees paid stands forfeited.

We do the best whatever we can to keep this service free from scammers and criminals. But which does not guarantee the genius of the information furnished.

Information loss or misuse

In case of any information/data loss related to registered Users in HMT Matrimony due to any reason, HMT Matrimony will not be responsible for data/information recovery. All the information provided by Profiles including documents will be viewed/screened/modified on need basics by HMT Matrimony employees. HMT Matrimony facilitates "Identity documents" sharing only to validate the authenticity of Profiles between themselves. These identity documents can include your CASTE/EDUCATION and any such documents that prove your authenticity. HMT Matrimony is not responsible for any misuse of your data or your documents by any.

The person who submits the information including photograph is only responsible in the event of having submitted any false information/photograph for the profiles.

No Guarantee Matchmaking

HMT Matrimony doesn't assure that the registered users whether free/paid, will be able to find their match of interest. HMT Matrimony is only an online platform to help you in your partner search.

Termination

HMT Matrimony may terminate your membership, delete your profile and any content or information that you have posted on the Site for any reason, or no reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice if it is believed that the member fails to possess any of the eligibility criteria.
